Claremont High School invites local businesses, community
organizations, service clubs, parents and other interested parties to
participate in its baseball program in 2009. A list of 2009 sponsors is included below.
We personally invite you to be a part of the Claremont High School baseball program in 2009. Your involvement would not only benefit the student-athletes who participate, but also their families and the community as a whole.
It is the generous support of families, the community and our business sponsors that allows CHS baseball teams to play on well-maintained fields with safe equipment and quality uniforms.
We’re hoping you will help sponsor our high school baseball program. We have included a list of our various sponsorship options, many of which will provide a direct benefit to your business as well. All donations to the Claremont High baseball program are tax deductible.
We are delighted to answer any questions you might have about our program or our sponsorship opportunities.
On behalf of all of the student-athletes playing baseball at Claremont High, thank you!
Best wishes,
Your CHS Dugout Club team
Here is more information about CHS baseball sponsorship opportunities...
Sponsorship banners, which feature company logos or other specialized designs, will
cover the outfield fence at Claremont High's varsity baseball field.
The support helps the Dugout Club booster organization to assist in
providing the varsity, junior varsity and freshmen baseball teams with
quality uniforms and equipment, well-maintained fields and other
assistance necessary for the program to succeed. In addition to
helping to support the baseball program, participants in the banner
program are able to advertise their business or organization.
Banners measure 4' x 8' and will be displayed from mid-February into July. They will be safely stored to be
used again in future seasons, if requested. New banners are priced at
$375, while renewals are $300 per season.
Personal 3' x 3' banners with the names of individual players (text only) are priced at $135 each and $75 for renewals.
Businesses or individuals interested in advertising in the Claremont High baseball media guide should complete the attached form
and return it with camera-ready artwork by Friday, Feb. 20. Prices and
ad specs are included below and on the attached document.
Advertising on the CHS baseball Web site is also available for $100.
A list of all sponsorship opportunities and specially priced packages is below and can be downloaded below.
Sponsorships and other donations to the CHS Dugout Club are tax deductible. All contributions are very much appreciated.
To order a sponsor or family banner, simply download the appropriate
attached form and send it with your check and artwork to the address on
